4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create content that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that depicts real people in a false, defamatory or intimate context, that infringes another person's rights, or that is intended to deceive, harass or defraud.
Do not attempt to bypass the abuse-prevention checks, script the Service at volume, resell access to it, or use it in a way that degrades availability for other people.
5. Real people and likenesses
The Service generates synthetic faces from text and does not accept uploaded photographs of anyone. Prompts that name or describe a specific real individual in order to imitate them are outside acceptable use, and you are responsible for any publicity, likeness or defamation issues arising from what you choose to generate and publish.
6. Availability
The Service is offered as-is and as-available. It is free, it depends on third-party infrastructure, and it may be slow, rate-limited or unavailable at times. No uptime is promised and no service level applies.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of output, and non-infringement. AI models can produce inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable results, and you should review any image before you publish it.
8. Limitation of liability
